Program Cycle
Okay guys, I wanna get big..
I want for the next year to just put on as much non-functional or functional muscle as possible..
I have gotten back into lifting after a year off, and I want to know what you guys think would be the best setup of programs off of T-nation.com also, what should be standard in my diet on a daily basis.. (Sorry if this is asking alot)
I was thinking of starting with Christians Thibs OVT program..
Starting this tomorrow.. I seem to respond better to lower rep - higher weight work, but I could be wrong..
I am 5'10, 165lbs..
Can you guys please make me hyuuuge.. :-P (I'll do the hard work you just tell me what to do!)
