Talking Sub 10% for the first time ever!

I took my bf% this morning and for the very first time in my life, I'm sub 10%!!! 9.6% to be exact. I've ALWAYS had a goal to be around 8% and finally that goal is in site.

Just had to share with my extended family.

Pics are coming Tracy. And you know you'll be the first to see them. I want to hit the 8% before revealing myself...... so to speak.

Thanks guys. Yep, I've got a real nice outline and the top abs look great. I've got that center line down the middle. My bottoms still have a tad bit of fat that I've got to torch. I'll get there.

I've just finished Jason Ferruggia's Summer T-shirt workout. It's a good workout and I've enjoyed it. However, I credit Adam's diet with the real change. Well, that and finally my determination to sticking with it.

No. 8% gives you cutness.

Nice work, Terry. Of course, you're the type of guy when you put your mind to something, there is little doubt it will get done. You continue to inspire, bro.

Thanks guys!! I'm currently taking a week off between programs. The rest actually feels good, but I'm feeling like I'm losing my "sharpness". I'm of course not, it's all in my head.

Funny, during my "off" week, I'm remodeling my gym to make it a little more professional looking. Going to get into some personal training and get a couple clients.
