This is something that I have wanted to do for a while. basically growing what the FitCast offers. John and I will post articles on www.thefitcast.com . Give the first one a look, it is a very personal story of my journey. Please let us know what you think of them, constructive critism is welcomed.
Now, I know you don't like IE, but MOST people use it. Many of us cannot load anything else on our company supplied PCs. You've got to get those IT people to fix the issues with that site.

Maybe a simpler theme or something?
I may change the theme next week. I just didn't have the time to do it this week. Sorry for the inconvenience it causes. IE 7 supports it just fine, would your company let you download IE 7 beta?
Also to clarify, this is a premier article. Just to get some things out of the way you could say. In the future we will have more focused articles on everything from recipies, supplementation, workouts, music, and product reviews. I promise some great content in the future and in the meantime hopefully we can share some inspiring fitness stories as well.

Its true. As soon as a few people notice that your body composition has changed for the better, self-confidence sky rockets. My story is actually very similar to yours.
My only criticism is the odd spelling/grammatical error here and there, I'm an absoloute stickler for both of these and it really makes the difference if it can be perfect.

A few people have pointed that out. I am going to have someone proof read it from now on. Even though I thought I did it looks like I misses a few things. In the future this will not be a problem.
Alright, Kevin!!!!
Good first article.
We'll all help you clean up the spelling, etc.
I am just so impressed that a kid your age knows what an "epiphany" is. LOL

"Summer of George"....nice reference and nice feeling. Good Stuff Kev
In regards to spelling and grammar...ugh..the bane of my existance. Just remember what Robert Kiyosaki (the author of best seller "Rich Dad, Poor Dad") once said. "I'm a best selling author, not a best selling writer."
