Here are some videos I will try to get some others up. I just a got a digital camera. There are 3 just click on the videos under the picture. The videos are 32kg Snatch, Pullup attempt with the beast, and 7 straight bar MUs.

Dude, had to watch the pullup one a second time. Didn't see that huge weight hanging from you the first time. How much does that sucker weigh?

More videos sooon.. I'll Try to get some weighted pistols with 24 kilo kb, OH Squat with (BW 140)for reps, and possibly some light o-lifts, and when I DL next I'll put that up probably like 355-360 depending on how im feeling. Thanks oldguy.

but an account is free and you can upload 100meg videos thats why i have it there cause putfile is 25 meg limit. If I'm off work today Im gonna figure it out

Ok Im finally getting around to this. I will say, please upload your vids to google vid, yousendit, or putfile because its its really hard to catch all deficiencies when you cant slow down the video.
Anyway, heres what I saw:
PC+PP+PJ Vid:
Clean looks good, the bar travels in a straight line. The only thing that you "should" do is shuffle your feet out a bit on the catch. Remember, the difference b/t a power and full clean is the depth. Since its an assistance movement for the clean, you should train it with that aspect if full lifts are your goal.
On your PP, youre trying to drive with the heels but your toes are coming off the floor. The reason is because when you dip, your butt is going back and your torso is going foward, so youre not in a straight line when driving it up. The bar has to loop around to get to the back, and coupled with the momentum, it almost takes you with it.
On the push jerk you pressed it out. Again, your torso was not in proper alignment so you were under the bar while it was still traveling (a longer path) to get into position.
CJ 60kg Vid:
Clean was good but the same comments above apply.
On the jerk, the same thing happened as above. One thing i forgot to mention is that when you are about to jerk, raise your chest, fill it with air and lower your elbows so that your grip gets a little wider. This reduces the length of the bar path but also puts you in a more stable and powerful position if youre in proper alignment.
The combo of your dip and elbow placement is messing up your receiving position. If you were completely upright, then when it is time to split, all you have to is drop straight down to receive. Your front leg should be bent and your back leg should be on your toe unless youre trying to become a SHW and jerk with their style. Also, your split looked very narrow so you might want to widen it out for a more stable base.
If you can PC 90-95, you should be able to max clean way more than that unless you a) dont do the full lifts often, b) suck at the bottom, c) havent really pushed yourself, d) have an injury or some other good reason as to why your full clean technique is lacking.

Thanks I'm gonna reread your things and go over with my coach. I sprained my knee 2 months so my pulls have gotten a lot stronger but squat is going a little bit slower. I just back squatted 90 for 5. But my coach tells me the rule of thumb to squat clean it is FS it for a triple. So pretty much a,b,c,d all apply. But I only suck a little at the bottom.
