Alright, everyone. Here it is, the place for us to more easily watch the deadlift race. I've decided to list it twice, once by coefficient, once in order of actual weight lifted. This will give everyone a fair chance at rising up the ranks! Below you may post updates to your progress, and I'll check in and adjust the chart accordingly. So, without further ado:
Cool.. I'm way down at the bottom. Guess I have a lot of work to do!!
Well, for me, I like having names/numbers hanging over my head. I actually debated on leaving out Eric and Tony (no offense guys) because they're obviously so far advanced, which might discourage some people. However, for me it's a great motivator to see 560 and 628... I won't be tempted to rest on my "laurels", as it were, sitting in the 400's.
I think with your work ethic, Jenn, your place (in the coefficient list especially) will rise fast!

I guess someone needs to be the heaviest one on the list.
I need to either lose some serious weight, really work on my pulling or a bit of both to move up in the rankings. Hopefully after Monday I will be allowed back in the gym.

You hang in there buddy! 5 years ago and I would have been 3rd from the bottom for my pull. Just work hard and it will come.
If 650 goes up smooth on #2, I'll take 679 on #3. If I'm within 20 kg of a record and I've made all three attempts, I'm allowed a fourth attempt.
I'll be gassed, but I'll throw on the record breakers and try it in your honor, Zach - just because you came out to Chicago for Worlds last July (and we share the Old Country Buffet connection).:p
Ive just been doing 5x5s for training my deadlift. I just changed to a westside program so I think im going to be giving 500lbs a run for its money. Damn that lift is going to feel good!

Good stuff!!! Mind you...I definitely need to cut...

My best pull is 485 at 190 lbs. My deadlift training has sucked lately. Once I finish my strongman contest this weekend I am going to go an a serious maximal strength phase again.
Not sure of a date yet, but I want 500 to fall really soon.
