185 at body weight of 144
Coefficient of 1.28

Terrible, I know, but it WILL go up

Today I had the one of the best days I have had. 5x5 370 at 173.5. As far as the chart, my last max effort was 420 at 167. Goal is 500 at 185 for now. Eventually 550 at 175.

Crazy, the other day was 6x3 day, mind you my last max about 5 weeks ago was 420. Well i ended up repping 435 on my last set. Hope to rep 450 in three weeks. I KNOW I will break 500 before i break 180 in weight. Im still in the 173-175 range. So im kinda not sure if 435 repalce my max, even though it was rpped n not maxed. Reguardless I got a fever, and the only prescription is more pulls.

OK, I need in on this. Today I puled 455lbs at a body weight of 207. I plan on dropping below 200 pounds within the next month or two, and then pulling 500 not too long after that.

That was my plan. I pulled 485 a while back. I then cut to 195, and my pull numbers also went down. Im back at 204 today and hope to pull 500 this month. Best of luck to you Buk!

Last time I maxed was 5 weeks ago and I pulled 365 at 152. My goal is 425 by 12/1 at under 160. This past Saturday, i did my last set of 6x3s with 365, at the exact same BW, so i'm making some progress!

270 at 218. Not very impressive considering the company but still a personal best at 50 years old.

Hit another PR today and reached my goal I had set for Sept. 1st. Almost a month late, but i'll take it.

405lbs at 234.

Looks like we have a bunch of new PR's around here. I like to see activity on this chart, it keeps things interesting.

RockHard, you have some updating to do.

Can I get on at the bottom of the list?

165 lb DL 3x12 @ 145 lbs weight. I should have better numbers soon, but that is what I have doing HGM.
