I'll jump in too. Matched my PR today of 365, no belt, straps, chalk, or anything. Bodyweight's at 173... so I've dropped 10 lbs in the past few weeks with no loss in strength. Goal - 400 by mid-September sounds about right.

Just hit 405 with a body weight of 171. Although it was with straps, so it kinda feels like cheating. I usually only use straps when doing higher reps, but I felt like giving 400 a shot and got 405.

Can I change my goal and goal date to 400 by November 3? I don't wanna mess with EC's program and November 3rd is the end of my "off" week so I figured I'd finish the three phases for 12 weeks. Then give the max attempt a shot.

Sorry man, no straps. Still, sounds like you're pretty close!

This is the first week back on lower body work since June 1st. I was resting a sore knee that I injured playing tennis. The rest definetly helped my pulls. 325# came up solid so I pulled 335# then 345#. I tried 350# but couldn't quite get it, maybe next week

Damn...if I knew that I would have taken off the straps! And to think I was going to take it easy with deads for a while, now I can't!

Pulled singles yesterday and hit 360 lbs @ 152 lb BW. Last PR attempt was 330 on 1/5/06.

360/152=2.37

Do I get any credit for doing 425x16 on the thick bar in 75 seconds after Sully bet me that I couldn't do it?

Ah, the stupid stuff we do that we would never let our athletes do.

Irish: it gets ya .01 on the one list, hehe. I rounded up to 204 lbs. for boydweight, because we're not gonna get all into fractions of a point here. My weight listed is 172, but could easily have been 171.5 or 172.5.

hard_rox: Nice pull man! You're way up there on the CE list!

Is this part of your new fat loss program, Mr. Never-Do-Deads-For-Reps?

425 x 16!! holy shit. Not to mention 75 seconds... I hope a puke bucket was near haha.

I saw a 181lbs lifter pull 600 today at a meet and I was damn impressed, kid was only 19 too. Thats a hell of a lot of weight that I can only hope to get to one day (and im bigger!).

edit, shit the kid was only 18 now that i look at the results! damn.

It was an over/under grip. On a knurled bar.

I bet him because I had done 425x15 in a contest two years ago. But mine was on a polished steel axle, no knurling. With a down command. In 60 seconds. WINNER! :p

I was still impressed though

You guys and your 400+ pulls! I tried 405 this weekend, and thought my sphincter was going to turn inside out!

Ok, just to get on the radar I added serious deads into my routine starting today. 325 @ 182. Not an exceptional effort but enough to get me on the list. Now I have some accountability for improvement. I have not set a goal yet but will in the coming weeks.
This is only 50lbs greater than my bench so I know I can get it higher.

My motivation for 405 was EC saying (on the fitcast) that a guy who's been lifting a couple of years should be able to deadlift 405.

I'll have to think of a new goal. I've spend the past few months going from well under 300 to 405.

I need to spend some time on squatting. My squats blow. I haven't done much of anything, squat-wise, for a long time. Just unilateral and zercher for a long, long time. A 265 Zercher Squat is not going to look good on that other chart! Gotta up that ante.

My bench is nothing to write home about, either.
