Count me in...270 @ 170. Goal 350.
I have only done deads about 8 or 10 times before in workouts, and haven't done any in a while so this should motivate me to get back at 'em as I was just starting to make some nice progress.

I used the ex-rx calculator. It was a pretty good target to shoot for...

Update to my quest.
I pulled 385 this morning at a body weight of 176. That's another 10 lbs.

I've got 20lbs on you. Too bad it's in the body weight number.

Welcome aboard, Peter. That's a good pull and I know you will hit 250 in no time.

Working my way back up again. Today 353 pulled at a weight of 170 that ups the coefficient to 2.08.
RockHard - can you change my target date for 500 from 9/1 to the end of the year (12/31)? I'm working it, but I may need a little while longer. But I swear on everything I know that I WILL make 500 if it's the last thing I do.

I did 50 lbs better than my previous best. 285 weighing in 149. Don't worry I'm still eating.
Can anyone guess how excited I am?

It felt awesome going up. It's motivation to eat. I'm not stopping till I hit my goal. It re-energized me.

I made it. 300 @ 167 on 7/5/06. Failed on 315, got the bar about two inches off the ground and then set it back down.

I am going to say ~260 @190. I only have 230lbs and lift that for reps. I have to grab a couple 45s soon.

Laxcdn, We are only counting weight we HAVE lifted, not what we expect we *could* lift.
Otherwise, everyone would deadlift 500+ lbs and have a 14 inch wang.
Great Job on the 230 for reps. No go buys those 45's!!
