VERY nice. Not many things are cooler than a woman pulling heavy in the gym.

Couldn't resist going for it
308 lbs, bw 150.

First time I've ever lifted heavy, so looking forward to getting through NRoL to see where I'm at after.

Goal: 375 by 1/1/07

dude, if you haven't experienced chipotle, you haven't experienced anything.

The burritos are like 5 or 6 bucks, and they weigh like a pound. It's like a subway assembly line, except they sell beer. And, they're owned by mcdonalds now i think. They are sooooooooo good, it's unbelievable.

They are owned by McDonald's, but don't say it! You'll scare people. The food is great!

Ah yes! We have a chain around here, Anna's, that does that very thing. I've been many times. Just a different name, I suppose!

Damn, man. You keep raising the bar just by lifting it.

Nice work.

WAIT! I should have been more clear!

500 was heavy and did not go up. I got it 4 inches off the ground and had to dumb the f'ing thing. I then did a squat session because I was pissed and now my legs do not work.

sorry for giving you all a false woodie...

PS-It will go up soon. 490 was my best yesterday

OG,
Nothing "candy ass" about it. It's a solid lift. Take the average guy in the street and tell him to lift 209 pounds if you want to see candy ass.

Besides, its a benchmark to track your progress. Nice lift.

Oh ohh. Can I be on the list? 335 with bw of 170. I didn't even think to try 340 so I could be double bodyweight. I did try 350 and that was a no go.

This thread has made me realize how much I've been slackin' on my deadlifts/squats. I did 200lbs/4 reps and could have probably done 220. My weight is 152lbs. Anyone know of a good one rep calculator for deadlifts?

Yeah, A good calculator would be some chalk, and actually lifting it.

Just so ya know, we already decided against allowing estimated one-rep maxes. Only actuals.

OG: Nice! You moved past Jenn on the second list!
