I'm new here.

Looks like I'll be at the bottom of the chart.

I weigh 222 lbs. and my best deadlift is 132.5 Kg. (292 lbs.)

I worked the dead lift yesterday (8/24/09) as follows.

135 X 8
165 X 6
195 X 4
225 X 2
255 X 1
270 X 1
185 x 3 for 8 sets.

Also trying for bottom place!

Deadlift 1RM 110kg (242lbs) at 70kg (154lbs) body weight.

Coefficient 1,57

Male 69 yo.

My best pull so faf is 310 lbs at 182 lbs... poor. Aiming 400 lbs, let me join the race...

You'll get back there in no time, I am also just getting back into deadlifting heavy after taking probably 3 months off from it due to back issues.

Still working up to a 1-rep max. Doing 215lbs 5-rep for now. Can't seem to get my deadlift where it needs to be. My squats are heavier.

I want to know more about topics like this and I need information about what cause the ED because I probably suffer from this condition but I always take Generic Viagra to prevent it.

this is the first time i've looked at these lists, so just so i understand the posting process: i can just post my current #s as I reach them and the leader board on the first page will be updated? same thing with the squat chart?
