It's been way too long since I posted a PR, from my first PL meet on Saturday(see my log):

11lb PR

215kg @ 81.10kg (474lbs @ 179lbs)
2.65 x BW
Mixed Grip, Chalk, Talc, Suit(31 HardCore) & Belt

Felt so good on the day I think I would have been good for 2-3 I'll be doing doubles with that weight in training in my next training cycle As always, I'm sure I have way more in me, and proving it is just around the corner!

I haven't updated in a long time...

375 @ 225 for 1.67.

My goal is to get the coefficient to 2.0 by the end of the year. Which would be pulling 380 @ 190lbs.

180kg @ 86kg = 2.09 (397lbs @ 190)

Raw, Mixed Grip, Barefoot

Thats a 30kg (66lbs) PR from 9 weeks ago,
and a 20kg (45lbs) all time PR

I'll be working on an update to the chart.

Two things --

1) Update your numbers if you want them included.

2) We have a number of folks who haven't logged in to the forum for over a year. If you see your username here, post something or you won't show up in the revised list.

nobody cares about the squat chart
everyone squats different styles, different depths etc.

Ill hit 650lbs in a few months here by the looks of things, but who cares about 650 when 7 is around the corner Just need to fix my damned lockout!

Where did you read that? I'm not on the squat chart so it's not that important.

*IF* I get enough time, sure, I'll take a crack at the squat chart. It's a holiday weekend and I'm not terribly busy right now. We'll see how the DL chart goes.

SWEET Updated list!!!

I've got some climbing to do!

540 @ 181 sounds like a good end-of-year pull that would get me a bit higher on the list, especially co-efficient!

Respect to all in this thread!

I just started to deadlift and decided to try a max pull today. I now know what a missed pull feels like. I wish I could say it was the grip, but my grip was solid. The glutes just failed.

Anyway, I pulled 385 @ 225 (1.7). I missed on 405. I'd like to pull 455by my 48th birthday.

I did a max pull today (as part of "Packing Day" in Cressey's Maximum Strength book) and set a PR...

400 @ 180 (2.22)

It went up easier than I expected, especially after attempting max lifts in the box squat, bench, and chin-up (3RM). I think I had some more left in the tank, but I decided not to press my luck.

I think my goal for the next max pull (16 weeks from now) will be 450.

Damn, this thread is even more disheartening than the squat thread.

Competed in a powerlifting meet today:

57lb PR
!

241kg @ 81.75kg (531lbs @ 180lbs)
2.95 x BW
Mixed Grip, Chalk, Talc, Suit(32 Fusion) & Belt

National sub junior record(under 18's)

Closing in on triple bodyweight! Really didn't expect to deadlift this much, this one took me by surprise!!! The suit is a borrowed suit from a 100kg(220lb lifter) lol

Fantastic, Simon. Sorry I missed this post. That's a weight that is well beyond me at my age, I fear.

Never say never old man Anything is possible.

I've met a man down here who holds the world record for the deadlift, in the over 70's division. He is 75 years old, and deadlifts 522lbs(237.5kg).

Of all the lifts, I think the deadlift is the one that is least affected by age, there seems to be many older lifters still deadlifting big weights, but not so much in the squat and bench. I do believe that squat and bench press numbers are hard to keep up though.
