I know this is not a monster number for a lot of you in here but I am pumped to add to this list.
305 lbs mixed grip Dead lift @ 170 lbs BW. Searching for the 315 next!
Just how many people that you pass on the street every day do you think are capable of lifting 305 pounds? It's a great number and a real accomplishment, my friend. Congrats.

Thanks Mahler. Its funny. I get some really odd looks when I put the weight on. First hardly anyone in my gym does DL. Second I am not that big of a guy muscle wise. 6'0 170 lbs (up from 163 pre NROL). I think they all think I am a moron or something. One guy just kept looking at me to see if I would fail or need a medic.
Just hope my bench gets better. That is where I do look like I may kill myself without a spotter.
462lbs @ 184lbs
2.51 x BW
Mixed Grip, chalk, loose suit, belt
Came up really easily, with good form too! Plenty more in the tank, I could have done this raw, should see 495lbs in 5 weeks time!
Got this one in a 32 INZER Champion Suit. Very loose(read: shit) suit. First time pulling in a belt too, I think the belt helped me keep my back arched well, and I probably got a few lbs out of that, don't think the suit gave me anything.
Is there a reason you (a) omit the last letter of words and (b) have spammage in your signature? Oh wait, nevermind, you're a spammer, my bad. Go spot THEBEAST and report back.

ill be shooting for about that on the 24th when i have a meet.. just for one rep though
I only could do one rep two months ago but just kept working close to my 1rm doing 3 reps then suddenly i was able to pull 625lbs.I think once you get to the meet with the amount of motivation you will get i wouldnt be surprised if you pull more most people do.
I am guessing you are natural like me?If so your lift is fantastic i see 600+ being pulled every day but i must say these dudes are juicing something cronic.
Got 215kg today so back to where I was in Feb'07. Hope to go up next week. Good to be back.

We need to get an update and a clean-up. A few have dropped in merely to post their numbers and then we have never heard from them again. I really don't think that is fair to the contributing forum members to have their efforts skewed by a no-show.
