can we change this title to "The Men's Deadlift thread" since the women have their own now.
we need to talk about stuff like balls, hair, and women in this thread to show our testosterone like t-men.

355 lbs conventional deadlift with mixed grip at 153 lbs (2.32 coefficient).
405 is still the goal.
