Surpassed previous best of 102,5kg: 105kg (231.3 lbs) x 1 . BW = 64,4 kg (141.9lbs).
Ratio: 1,63.
Nine months later and I still wasn't able to get past that 105kg post as I'd failed at the 110kg and then at the 107.5kg attempt.
However, ratio went up as I'd lost weight:
Now : 105 @ 61.5kg BW = ratio of 1.71
(In archaic el-bee-esses 231.3lbs @ 135.5 lbs )
Ummm you're supposed to post your 1 rep maxes. Not 5-rep maxes.
Nor are you supposed to make assumptions for theoretical 1RMs. Or am I mistaken?
So actually you're a helluva lot stronger than you just posted! Why not try again but now see what your best effort for one single rep can be?

I'm not even close to a max yet, but I tripled 405 tonight at 200. I'm probably still good for low 500s once the grip catches back up, but that's a couple months off yet while I'm building back up.

Sorry I slacked off for so long, guys. One of these days I'll spend a few hours and update it... or perhaps I'll do it in smaller chunks. One of these days...
Right... You're so fucking gone, worthless spammer. Seriously, is there a farm in Kansas where they breed you assholes. Here we are contemplating nuking Iran... I say gather up all these mosquitos of human beings - who don't have the good sense to put an end to their miserable lives - and put them on an Island in the S Pacific and Nuke it till it's a trench!
Oh my.... I hate deleting spammers from my boards too. They are amazingly persistent....
So I am very new to this and was wondering if anyone might help me translate this thread. What do the numbers mean when someone says 240 @ 179 or whatever? What is the first number before the @ sign and the last represent?
The first # is the weight lifted. The second number is the weight of the person who lifted it.
For example, jvernacchio (top of this page) lifted 455 @ 195. This means he pulled a 455lbs deadlift at a bodyweight of 195 lbs.
