suggestion:
Wouldnt it be easier if everyone posted their lifts in the format its presented in? so whoever edits it inn can just copy paste?
For example, if Cressey posts his max, he posts it like this:
635 - Eric Cressey
3.38 - Eric Cressey (635/188)
--
that way it would be an easier job editing everything inn. Ofcource, the math could be checked, especially in Cressey's case :p

First DL Chart Post
I've wanted to post my DL max for some time, but I waited until I hit a couple of milestone numbers (at least for me):
305 - Hunter
1.53 - Hunter (305/199)
(Proper presentation, Karky?)
Conveniently, getting above 300 and the 1.5 coefficient was virtually simultaneous, so I felt it was worthy of my first post to this thread. I did this during the wave loading routine of Strength I in NROL. Going for 315 next week.

I've never done 1RM on the deads, but my previous 5RM before my hip injury is 135kg(297lbs), so 1RM should be 334lbs, so...
334@158lbs(2.11)

Not Very! I'm 5' 11" A bit to much fat (probably around 18%), but working to lose some. And the 230 is just a guess...I've been hovering between 225 and 230 for awhile now.

Update: 385 at 200 lbs (not a new PR, but lost a few lb's which makes a nice little increase in the coefficient)
Coefficient: 1.925

445 sumo/raw @ 175lbs. (last week)
I did some rack pulls yesterday up to 515. That felt pretty awesome holding that much weight. I don't know if it will help me move my numbers but it sure was inspirational

Conventional, raw, mixed grip, no belt, barefoot.
300 – cdkrug
1.33 – cdkrug (300/225.4)
That's +45lb from last time, moving from 1.1 to 1.33.
