Some damn nice pulls the past few days.
Nick, I was glad to be at the summit to witness your pull.
Frank, you are getting to be a mofo, my man.
Greg, simply amazing at that body weight. I watched you pull pretty heavy at the summit and knew 405 was in you.

All the time, but we dont have a wakeboarding boat so the rope is about a foot up, which really sucks for jumping :p

What board are you riding? I'm currently on a 141 Liquid Force Substance. I'm looking at getting another board, so am looking for more input.

You know what pisses me off?
Guys who post virtually nothing on this forum and then come here to post and fuck up the Deadlift list.

Haven't maxed out in forever. Baseball will probably end this Friday. So, I'll spend the next week off. Then work up to a single probably 2 weeks after that. I'll have to weigh in too, I have no clue what I'm at. Hoping to hit 375 really soon. 350 has been my sticking point for a while and I wanna make it my bitch.

Now it is good I am not a guy
I did pull 165 kg~363 lbs ,improved my deadlift and fucked up te cooefficient @ 80 kg~176 lbs
But I must admit that previous lift was in this sissy suit,I forgot to tell that and I assume that isn't even allowed here
.But this one was raw(with belt) so I think it is still an improvement
