Nice lift Greg. You must have tree trunks for legs by now.

Great pull.

Have to say, everytime I read a t-mag thread I feel like I am on a gradeschool playground.

My best DL was 152,5 kg ~ 335 lbs @ 72 kg ~158 lbs.
In the meantime,I think I have improved my DL but did not do a maximum pull and I think I may not have improved the "coefficient" :p

In order to do that,I will have to pull 165 kg ~363 lbs.But I will,as soon as I start to believe I can do it...that is what they say...

I'm utterly convinced that as soon as you start believing in your own powers, you'll amaze yourself and everyone else too!

Well I didn't want to post it because it's only a meager 30lbs over what I did last time. I got 505 and had to bend down to get under but that's legal, at least in Strongman. Maybe, I can get 560 next time. My real goal is 750 for about 20 reps but a 750 single will do for now. I started doing really heavy Barbell Good Mornings along with Squats so I'm thinking that'll get my Deadlift going pretty good. That and I'm actually going to do some work sets with the Deadlift before too long instead of just heavy singles till I'm zapped.

Well, I've got 650lbs worth of plates and looking to knock that out within a couple months. Put me up for 505. It feels weak but oh well. Goal is still the same for right now. Once I get 750 once we'll see. Maybe, Ian, I could do a Goal of Max Reps instead of Max Weight or we can do Max Weight. And no sir, I'm not mocking you. Got 505 last friday or so and did heavy Good Mornings and Squats to start the week so I'll be going after 560 in a couple days I guess. I'm just starting to lift heavy(heavier that 300) and really I had only deadlifted 300 a couple times before so I'm still a big newb to this.
