Chuffing hell! Can you at least pretend it was hard? Or that you used performance enhancing crane apparatus?

Anyway I'm back on NROL S2 next week, so I'm sure I'll make up the nesecary deficeit inside the next 4 weeks!

Meh, my deadlifts suck right now, I doubt you'd have far to go to catch me!

Got a personal best today. Pulled 405 @ 190 bw. Co. of 2.13

Tried 440 for 3 attempts but just couldn't get it above the knee. After that 405 seemed pretty light. ha!

Going for a new PR tonight. Set a new PR in squats on Tuesday. We'll see how it goes.

Thanks John, but I'm still chasing ya! If I can still pull 350 at 58 I'll be very happy with that!

315@177.

So that's 1.78. Near the bottom of the list.

Thought you guys might appreciate a few *first* trap bar DL PRs from three of my baseball guys:

1. Senior Catcher pulled 405 easy at 203 - he's headed to play for Holy Cross next year (probably had 440 in him)

2. Sophomore shortstop pulled 405 at 188 - he batted .900 in AAU ball and is already getting looks from several major D1 colleges down south (probably had 425 in him)

3. Senior pitcher pulled 305 at 6-1, 160 - he's headed to Maine on a full-ride.

#1 and #2 started with me the second week in September, and #3 picked it up in early October (and has missed several sessions due to sickness - one of the reasons he's so light).

You can get strong fast in the right environment.

Sweet, is the trap bar easier/harder/the same as a normal bar?

Question : dunno if it's new as I have no desire to struggle through 12 pages, isn't there a ladies' version here? I mean.. it's not fair to have everyone in just 1 list as women generally aren't as strong.
Since the DL is my favourite compound exercise as I'm not too bad here, why not have a women's list too?

Or is it impossible to see the difference? Would some men impersonate as women just to get higher on the list?

Anyways.. my PR on the DL is 1x102,5 kg or 2x100 kg. Weight on that day was 65kg .

Goal: 2x BW, but I'm trying to lean out to approx. 63 kg and preferrably 60kg, so that'd be 120-125 kg. Should be feasible by Dec 2007, no?

Makes for 225 lbs vs 143 lbs = 1.57 as a coefficient.
Goal: 275 lbs.

OK, count me in...

Espi: I understand where you're coming from on the woman's chart... but honestly we don't have that many women reporting numbers, and besides, look who is #8 on the Coefficient list : Patricia. And Jenn (Iamjennmedic) has 16 guys below her on the list. I think they're good to go!

Edchap: the trap-bar definitely allows for more weight than a conventional-bar deadlift. I'm assuming Eric is using it with his athletes because it's safer for those new to heavier lifting.

I nailed 424 tonight at 220, with a cheap bodybuilding belt and a mixed grip.

I plan on running Waterbury's TSP when i get the book, next week i'd say.

I REALLY want 500+ this year, its my number 1 goal.

Surpassed previous best of 102,5kg: 105kg (231.3 lbs) x 1 . BW = 64,4 kg (141.9lbs).

Ratio: 1,63.
