Damn it Mahler! Every time I see your name here I come looking to see that 405!!!!

Put some Devil music on the stereo and lift that sucker! If it helps watch liberal party political broadcasts first just to piss yourself off!

I haven't set a goal for this one but it will be nice to add another plate. Maybe I can get there in a few more months.

So I maxed today to see where I am at. Last time I maxed was 435 with straps at a body weight of 175.0. Today at the same bodyweight I pulled 495 RAW!! At a rating of 2.828 of my body weight. So happy!

Yea Mahler where you at? I've been waiting for you to hit 405.

On another note, my goal was to hit 405 at 213. I hit 385 at 213 but gained some weight getting to 405 (and now its 415btw). My weight went up to around 225 but is back down to 215. So I'm almost there, I'll pull 415 at 213 soon.

Too bad about the back. I'm sure you'll get back in there.

Glad to see more deadlifting in your hemisphere. The Earth was starting to wobble from all the heavy lifting over here...
