I pulled 405 again today, it went up like nothing. I tried for 425 and my back said nope not today. So I'm gonna try and nail 405 for 3 reps in a couple days and i'll go up in wieght the next time around.

the all arms and chest guys at the gym keep telling me i'm gonna lose my intestines out my butt.

Back in the spring I pulled 170 kilos(374 lbs) at around 139 lbs.. Maybe in the spring I'll make a run at 200 kilos...after my competitions are over.

Thanks Greg. It was good to get in there and fire up again. The move is over and life can start getting back to normal.
