Default thighs hurts when doing RDLs and GMs

When i do romanian deadlifts and goodmornings my tighs hurts when i rise, spechally with the deads, when im finished with the set and put the weight down, when i go back up it hurts in my tighs, like if going up stretches something there, it doesnt feel like when your stretching but i dont know, it just seems like thats what happenes
anyone got any idea what this could be, bad form perhaps?

Where exactly in your thighs?

Both RDLs and GMs put a lot of stress on your glutes and hams. Could be simple fatigue from those, perhaps tightness. Do you stretch properly beforehand?

Another possibility: If what you're feeling is actually more in your hips, you could (again) not be stretching enough beforehand, or possibly standing with your feet too wide apart, which can strain your hips. My bet would be tight TFL, ITB and adductors. Those seem to be damn common problems for most of us!

yeah just as i posted i thought to myself "its pretty far up the thigh, maybe its really the hips"
I dont stretch much beforehand, any stretches you could recommend?
and if i have tight TLF, IITB and abbuctors (not that i know what any of it really is) should i start stretching those on a regular basis? again, any tips on stretches?

im not doing hip mobility no. and its in the front, it feels most like the quad, but its very high up in the quad, like at the hip, so it could be the hip too :S and it only hurts after ive lifted, not if i do the movement without any weight.
