Default Substitute Exercise

Just wondering if anone could suggest a good sub for the following (do not have a cable system - just free weights and a power rack, dip station,

•Low Pulley External Rotations
was thinking of a a woodchopper with a rotation, but I am already using a high to low woodchooper as a sub for a cable exercise)

•Face pulls

•Pull-throughs

DBell External Rotation, DBell Rows on Inclined Bench Pull towards face, Pull Throughs-->GHR if you can rig something up like using the pins in the power rack under your feet or GMs or RDLs

You could use JumpStretch bands attached to your power rack for all of those exercises.

Thanks for the suggestions, I should have mentioned that I am already doing DBell External Rotations, and so was looking for another sub,
The other subs look like the will work for me,
