What kind of lower body work would you recommend that someone with degenerating disks (lumbar) and knee problems do?? The knee problem seems to be really common with a lot of people and I was just curious as to how they could maintain lower body activity with such problems.

Thanks for the questions everyone!
The show will be recorded sunday night at 830 EST and should be up by midnight.
Being back at work makes these shows harder to fit in but the latest every week they will be out is Sunday night, thankfully Best Buy closes at 7pm on sundays, out by 8.

What are your thoughts on thin tummies? Do you really need separate training for the TA if youre properly bracing?

So far this is the fastest downloaded show. With 8 Gb of downloads in one day. Nuts. Ususally it is 4, then 2 every day after.
