Ian Kings Awesome Abs program question
i was wondering if anyone has the routine written out or a working link to the 4 phases. i checked the FAQ sticky where BJ put up the links to all the workout routines including awesome abs but none of the links worked.
thank you very much for your time.

Wow, my link to a page that had all the King workouts no longer works either - that blows wind.
Hope someone has them linked somewhere.
