I think maybe its just me. I prefer the sumo deads, and for training and lift tests if my butt was ever that high it got kicked, or if it stuck out or went up too soon or.... So now its habit to keep my rear as close to the ground as I can unless I'm pulling RDL's. Sorry guys my bad

When I tried to order this book from Amazon, they were out of stock and couldn't get anymore, at least not in a reasonable time.
