Im excited so, i needed to tell someone who cares
Im currently doing NROL -Hypertrophy 2 and last night i hit the 100kg (220lbs)
for a few sets in the deadlift
whilst not a huge number for some people it has been a goal of mine for a while & it felt damn good (& heavy)
i felt i could have gone a little higher maybe 110kg (240lbs) but my grip, not my legs was letting me down

I know the feeling Mark. Great lift! It does feel great to share it with people who care. Now set a new goal for yourself and work on breaking that one.
nice job! im also around a 100kg deadlift, last time i checked it was on 105 i also got a grip problem, but since im in MA i dont use straps, i want those forearms to bleed some:P

Thanks again everyone, its nice to read so many responses to a guy who reads (lurks) more than he contributes here.

Thanks everyone, i might start talking in pounds just cause it sounds more
impressive, 300lbs actually seems like an achievable goal now, plus it will sound really cool
Nice job Mark!
To make your grip stronger - HOLD WEIGHTHS - on deadlift, side deadlift, lat pulldown ect. Do NOT use straps. Staps will take your grip BACK while your body goes forward.
definitly good advice there! Last time i pulled 105 RDL, my grip was about to give up on me completley, today i did it again, grip was no issue what so ever, and ive been training strap-less
