How do you conduct these interviews? Over the PC using simply mic and speakers and record the thing?
It's just something I'm curious about because you're getting these done without any hitches.
Well, I use a program called skype. I bought a Skype-in phone number just like a land line, but instead of picking up a phone, it answers through skype on the computer so I record it just like the normal show.
Have you been using Skype as your regular phone now?
When I move, I'm thinking of just using Skype instead of a regular phone, but I'm not sure of the quality and reliability. In July, they're coming out with a Skype WiFi phone, so I could use it at home and carry it around anywhere else that has wifi service.
The sound quality sounds great, judging by your podcasts.
First a little info about myself : I'm 45, have a full time job (often work more than 40 hours/week), 2 children. I’m 6’2””, 195 lbs, not sure of my bodyfat %, but my waist is about 34 ½".
So my question would be this :
Would he make any changes to his programs, based on a person's age. And, based on his experience with his older clients, what program(s) would he recommend for a 45 year old looking to gain some body mass.
I realize the "gain some body mass" seems broad, so let's say gain around 10 lbs. by X-mas. I also realize that weight gain is more a function of diet, so I'm more concerned with the program(s) needed to achieve this goal.
Kevin I have two. He wrote ABBH1 and 2 that turned out to be wildly popular and effective programs. Both these programs are over 2 years old. What if anything would he change to enhance these programs. What advice would he give to those doing the programs now who look to build size?

Never argue with an idiot. They drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.
Make it three. Could you get him to go into his latest article about hypertrohpy booster? Hearing it in his own words as opposed to what is written would be nice. Maybe an opportunity to discuss some of his thoughts that got lost in editing.

Good point I had a question myself on that article.
My 12 year old son plays football, wrestles, and plays lacrosse. He sees me working out and he is eager to start. I, however, want him to wait until he's about 15/16. I want to know what Chad recommends as a good starting age, and what type of protocol to follow. Thanks.
Question for CW: He has many many programs that can be modified for fat loss and he also has a 10x3 for fat loss. For a someone who has limited time/equipment which one of his workouts does he recommend for fat loss (if the person in question is 5'10, 185, 30 years old and has worked out on/off for 2 years)
*What types of people (perhaps body-type, training experience, etc) are best-suited for the NF program? Who should avoid it?
*Any new research/info on MGF and IGF-1Ea that further supports or perhaps refutes the philosophy of high frequency training? Is there a limit for MGF production, i.e. a point beyond which higher frequency training is not the answer for augmented MGF synthesis?

Congrats on getting Chad on the show, another awesome guest!
As for a question;
What type of training would he recommend after the Bodybuilding's Next Frontier routine? Should one carry on with high frequency training or back off to a 3/week fullbody routine?
I'd also like to know what his routine looks like at the moment as well as his day to day diet.
Thanks Kevin, good work!!

I just got done with the interview and all I fot to say is Chad is a great guy. The interview went very well and CW teases everyone about his new book which sounds amazing! I can't wait to get a copy.

Brian CW picked your question by the way for the t-shirt. Drop me an e-mail with your address and I will get it out to you. Also your size is needed.
Did you ask him when he will be cutting his hair. I can not imagine working out in the heat with a cut like that!
Congrat on the fitcast with him. Chad is one of the best.
Haha no, when I talked to him he said he has very little time right now with moving and his book, so I guess that will have to wait till next time he comes on.
