Curious, if anyone has tried or seen the workout in the MH poster foldout in the recent issue (Hugh Jackman cover).. here is the workout:
3 sets of each exercise, 8 reps each exercise, rest 60 secs in between sets.. it's a 4 week workout.
Workout A
BB Hang Clean to front squat to push press
DB Wood Chopper
Piston Bent Row - alternate arms in BO Row
Turkish Getup
Workout B
Pullup/Pushup ladder - do 2 pushups, then 1 pullup, incrementally adding pushups/pullups for each set stopping at 10 pushups and 5 pullups i think
The workout is fine...alot of complex exercises. The only thing I don't like about the workouts that are being published in magazines is they lack proper progressions. Alot of magazine exericise programs are following a "Express Workout" type with compound movements acompanied with auxillary stuff. Nothing wrong with that...it is a more effective way of training. However, the problem lies with the "average-joe" TRYING to perfrom Turkish Get-ups...or cleans...or DB Wodchops. Without the proper exercise regimine to progress to these complex - NEED SERIOUS CORE--exercise, you may be asking for injury, or the beginning of a life of poor movement patterns.
Clarification: A basic, barbell turkish get up is exercise number 8,001. Variations would be numbers 8,002-8,008. (Sorry, gents; inside joke)
I agree with much of what StandApart noted. I generally like that routine, and there would be nothing wrong with doing it for a month. But, the questions remain (What have you been doing? What is your current status? What are your training goals? How is that program doing to help you reach your training goals? If it does help, then what will you do next? etc.)

Of course, in Turkey, they probably call them something else. Canadian getups, perhaps? 8,009.
Funny you should mention that Mahler. I once heard of a lift called...and this is, I swear to you the exact name...the "8,010 huh." So I guess that makes 8,011.
