Yeah Benny is crazy. Ive seen a vid of him be geared up for a DL and miss, then he starts cursing the heck out of it in Swedish (or Norweigen), takes off his belt, straps, etc. and then just pulls it raw. Pure awesomeness.

I couldn't help but notice how that one guy doing deads has his shoes seemingly untied and very loose... about seven minutes in.
