Default Bodyweight Workouts?

Well, all my freeweights and workout equipment was recently stolen.. So does anyone have suggestion of Rep/Set ranges using the bodyweight excercises in "Death by Bodyweight"

Source

Also, how should I split it up?

I'll give you my stats if it'll help anyone..

Age:17
Weight: 165lbs
Hieght: 5'10-5'11
100m: 11.8s
Squat: 350lb long time ago probably dropped to about 250lbs
Bench: 200lb long time ago probably down to 165lbs

Please, I would really appreciate this.

Also, I want to track my progress somehow, but not quite sure how to go about it, any suggestions.. I have been out of the lifting "world" for quite some time, but fueling up the Political room, and being back in this environment inspired me a bit..

Well, I don't have any words of wisdom for ya but check out Craig B's section of this website. He has a lot of body weight stuff and will answer your questions there.

As far as logs go, check out the Training Log section.

So what are your goals exactly? Looks like you want to gain mass. You should stick with Chad Waterbury if you are on T-Nation. Also check out CRaig Ballantyne's TT:Mass and The New Rules of Lifting by Lou Schuler and Alwyn Cosgrove.

You should have LOTS of fun!

Young man, there's no need to feel down.

Young man, there's a place you can go.
I said, young man, when you're short on your dough.
You can stay there, and I'm sure you will find
Many ways to have a good time.

It's fun to stay at the y-m-c-a.
