Default Possible Changes...

Hey guys. Some of you might follow my workout thread over in the workout log forum, so you might already know some of this. I am on week 5 of Waterbury's TBT so that means I have 3 more to go.

Recently I have come home from school and now have plenty of time on my hands (I work 35-40 hrs/week at REI, but plenty of down time) and was thinking about going into a 4day/week routine. I would do NROL Fat Loss 1 and then continue on to 2 or 3, then probably on to strength towards the end of summer.

I am not usually one to give up on a workout plan, and have seen some decent gains from TBT, but it wouldn't work out as a 4day plan (it wasn't designed that way).

So my question is....due to the high rep workouts of TBT from the last 5 weeks, would it be ok to skip the break in routine? I know it's not ideal, but I would just like to jump right into the Fat Loss program ASAP. I guess even if I receive some negative feedback I still might skip it, but I'd like to hear the rational side of both arguments. Thanks.
-Kevin

How do you feel? Sleeping good, appetite, ect. This is a good indicator of overtraining.

I think you misunderstood. I am going to be changing routines from Total Body Training to New Rules of Lifting Fat Loss I. I am feeling very healthy and do not feel over-trained at all. I simply wish to exercise 4x's/week instead of 3 and this would be an ideal way to do it.
