Yep. I went through the entire program one time, and parts of it several times. I continue to use pieces of it regularly. I think it's a good, solid program. It's not the ideal program for someone largely interested in serious physique change or big,s serious strength gains, but it's a great balanced program for the average Joe though the broad array of people with a variety of athletic interests. And, there is a lot in there that people with bodybuilding or big strength training interests could stand to follow, as well.

Good book, not very intense. I would just implement the prehab, recovery and core stuff into a workout like turbulence training or something else. What are your goals?

Same here. Like the concept, but kept the prehab, core and recovery stuff, and replaced the lifting portion with something a with a little more work.
