Default Lunchtime Cardio

Starting next week (after this rain finally ends!) a buddy and I at work will begin getting outside at lunch hour to get some exercise. We intend to get out no less than twice a week, preferably 3 or 4. We both want to work on lowering body fat, cardiovascular health and endurance. Does anyone have or can direct me to some good outdoor programs they may have come across online? I have searched for them but many are quite specific for running tracks, etc. We have about 45-50 minutes of time to use. I thought maybe there would be some good soccer or football drills that are mainly cardio based that two average guys can use for a good workout. To start out we will do some running and play football,e tc to get our bodies ready and then continue to step it up as the summer progresses. Any links or directions would be great. I will continue my search as well and if I find any will post them if anyone is interested.

I would check out some of the bodyweight workouts over at TurbulanceTraining.com - they'll give you a cardio as well as a muscle/flexibility/athletic type of workout. And you don't need hardly any equipment to do. Plus, they're quick and very challenging. Especially if you've never done bodyweight stuff before. Even if you have, Craig has some different exercises you've probably never seen. Again, very athletic type movements.

Give em a try and if you have any questions, he's the absolute best in getting back with you via email or in his forum section.
