Hey guys,

I'm not that flexible as i'd like to be. I am flexible enough to get by, but i'd like to become more flexible, mainly in my legs-the hamstrings, quads, and glutes especially. It was just pointed out to me a few weeks ago that i was rounding my back at the bottom of my squats, showing that my hamstrings and glutes were tight. So, now i know my weakness. Its on to fixing it. I'm not really well versed in flexibility training and thus, i've been researching. I know i've read stuff in Core PErformance about it, but i was wondering what you guys thought and if you had any ideas.

thanks guys

Where can I find Core PEfrormance?

have you seen the recent post about stretching and what PJ answered?

Link about stretching

Personnally I'm most into PNF Stretching for flexibility. And I find although I'm "quite" flexible.. I should do alot more .. (as soon as my aches and pains permit to do more)
