as some of you might know i was working out for the fight club brad pitt look, but then i started playing football and it started interesting me alot so now im working for a body that is both good for football (runningback) and for looks, so i decided on Brad Pitt in Mr and Mrs Smith, in which he is a little smaller then in Troy, hes weight was 180 for the movie and he is 6' im about 5'10.5 and im trying to gain 30lbs in 9 month, you guys think its possible?( i wanna get to 180 (152lbs now)) and my second question is are wide chins (backhandfacing towards me) good enough to get a bakc liek the one in the picture below?
and in order to get obliques like in this picture (the one below) are sidebends good?
