I'm sorry if I'm breaking the rules but this topic gets a lot more hits.

Anyway, just wishing a happy Thanksgiving to each one of you and your loved ones. I have a lot to be thankful for and I guess I'm also greatful to find a community whose best interest is to better themselves...and each other.

Happy Thanksgiving.

Happy Tday to all of you!! (and remember to eat the pumpkin filling out of the crust, drink plenty of water during the meal, eat plenty of salad and vegetables before hitting the high fat stuff, make plenty of conversation between bites, pace yourselves, eat one helping of everything then wait 20 minutes, don't skip breakfast but make it low-density/low-calorie/high fiber, skip your regular routine tomorrow morning and run sprints before and after the big feast - or, you can forget the rules - either way have a safe and healthy holiday

Ditto with BamaDave!!

My Cappuccino was yummmyy!

Happy Thanksgiving all!

I've got to make pumpkin pie before I can exercise, though. Going to try with little to no sugar.

Happy Thanksgiving, everyone!

And safe travels to all who are on the road this weekend. Looks like the Northeast is getting some of that white stuff. Be careful -- we want you back here in one piece!

Talking

My son and I actually worked out here at the hotel we're staying at AFTER the traditional gorging! I exhibited NO self control yesterday, in terms of eating and drinking, but we did get a work out in. We're staying until Saturday to do it all again with the OTHER side of the family and I'm getting ready to work out again.

Still, the guilt is weighing heavily!!!
