It's always interesting to read in your newsletters about the workouts that you are doing yourself. I was wondering if you would be willing to post your diet for a day or two or if you have a link to your fitday account, assuming you have one.
I'm interested to compare it to my own. I've been working/tweaking my diet for the past few months after a winter bulking cycle and I think it's in pretty good shape, but I'm always looking to tweak a little more. Most likely there is still plenty of room for improvement.
I've read most of your manuals, but would like to see a day or two in the life of the TT-Lifestyle.
