Hey guys, so you may (or most likely may not) have noticed that I haven't been posting here that much.

I haven't lifted weights in over a month. Kinda took some time off. I really lost my passion for it. I remember at this time last year i was always reading stuff on t-nation, i lived on the forums, i LOVED working out. but it just kind of stopped being fun.

I was overwhelmed with info, had no direction, always wanted to try a million and one new things.

I finally hit the gym again for the first time sunday (boy can i feel it today), and i'll be going again tomorrow. I'm glad to be back in it. I think i'm gonna buy Lou's new book when it comes out, as well.

sorry there's nothing of real substance in this post. just wanted to get that all out there.

I've been there shark. It's not a fun place. I'm glad you've picked yourself back up. Keep at it. We'll be here for motivation when you need it.

Congrats on the comeback, Chris. As I'm sure you know, the 1st week or so is the toughest. Hang in there!

Welcome back... and give yourself a break, if you know what I mean! Everyday, you have the opportunity to start again.

I'm just glad you're back!

Shark,

Welcome back. Hope you are suffering. Maybe it will remind you not to take a month off!

Keep it up

Peter
