Question

I am so eager to discuss this with someone... Anyone! I have been applying what I learned to my own program with success already and I want to share with someone else who's already seen it.

Find out about it at Bill's website or go to the sticky at the top of the training section and read about it. For anyone who just bought a foam roller, got all excited about it, but when you got it wondered what to do with it, you will have quite a few excellent ideas when you are done watching the DVD>

If anyone has seen it yet, let me know.

The question is, has anybody seen the 2005 Retreat DVD yet?

Until that question is answered, I doubt anyone will reply to your question!

JP, I think because it is geared towards golfers, it is one of the reasons I haven't thought about checking it out. Is it good for non-golfers as well?

And yes, I'm eagerly waiting for the Retreat DVD as well

Retreat DVD is close. Stay tuned!

As for Bill's CD, don't be deceived by the title... The exercises he uses in there are applicable by any athlete. I put some of them to immediate use, and have seen some improvement in my right shoulder where I have had problems, particularly from the accident last spring.

Ahhh...use the right shoulder to hook me in huh? My exact problem right now. Ok, I think you've talked me into it. I'll check it out soon. Thanks
