Default 325 deadlift

I'm mad, really pissed off. So, I went and deadlifted. Pulled 325. The End.

You suck. :p

Very nice pull!

How was your form? (Not that it matters a ton on a max lift effort, but if it really sucked, it does matter, since you don't want to injure yourself.)

thanks. I would have liked to explode more with my hips in the beginning and my knees locked out a half a second before my hips, but the form felts solid for the most part aside from that. And even though I pulled a bit more with my back, it was flat, or with the natural arch.

hahaha. I feel you on those days where you're just pissed off and need to torture yourself. A few weeks ago, I went to train and decided to deadlift the hell out of myself. Ended up doing ~15 total sets (granted half of those were for singles with chains), but man it felt like I was hit by a train afterwards.

Not, "The End", Kev.
It's only the beginning.
That is kick ass, my friend.

Thanks everyone

Mahler: It's the end of this chapter :p My goal was a 325# deadlift by my birthday (7/23) Looks like I'll have to make a new goal and start working on adding pounds to my squats and bench.

RH: I was around 160 to start last summer and was able to put on 20 pounds before baseball season, mostly muscle but still some fat. Now, the baseball is helping to shed some of that fat and I'm down to 175 and will probably keep going down very slowly but surely until I reach 170.

GREAT job, Kevin! At your age, I was intimidated by the gym... which is partially why I rarely got off the bench during varsity sports.

You can probably tell that your hard work in the gym has translated to increased ability in baseball and other sports, especially when compared to other kids that aren't lifting weights. Keep it up!

SWEET! Your only 25lbs away from a 2x Body weight which is great. Just don't get too mad prior to lifting and hurt something. Great Job.

I'm a little late chiming in (as usual) but Holy Crap Kev. Good job.

Dun hurt yourself. Watch that Form!!!

I hurt myself doing deads and decided I would not lift anything without perfect form. It's making moving up in weights a slow go for me. But I don't wanna go through another 2 weeks of back crap again.

Anyway...I rambled didn't I? Shutup Jimbo!

GREAT FRIGGIN LIFT KEV! That's what I MEANT to say.
