finally resting after bulk... my progress
3 months and a tons of food ( a little more indulging the last month than nessessary...ehem..) and I'm finally taking a week off before my quest for the single digits for summer.
before stats:
185lb 12%bf
squat: 275
Deadlift: 330
bench:210
pull ups: 6
After:
200lb 14-15% bf
squat :340
deadlift: 365
bench: 235
pull ups 8
heres some pics. january 19th is before and april 18th is after.

How tall are you?
We have very similar stats aside from pullups numbers (which will go up as you cut) so am curious about your height.

I'm 6' even.. Yeah, I can't wait for the pullups to go up!
