Gonna give this westside a try, but i noticed that it only has one repetition day and that the max force day will mainly be for strength. While this is fine and dandy for athletes, those of us who no longer compete may not nescesarily care about strength. I was wondering if anyone on here had a template workout based on westside that focused more on building size then strength?

Thanks a bunch.

Yup, it's called Westside for Skinny Bastards actually. It's not just for skinny guys, but for anyone looking to gain strength and size. Here's the link...

Westside is designed as a strength training program. I dont get why people ask if you can use westside primarily for bodybuilding purposes. Their are far better conjugated programs if that is your goal.

on a secondary note in the training template manual available at elitefts.com they have a westside routine made by those who need more mass. This one is written by the folks @ westside barbell(Louie, Tate, etc)
