If you mean school credits, then no. Just doing it for the love of the game. I am going to try to get to 50 feet on the computer toss when I am setting up the iTunes shit.
Also a huge thank you to Keith S. for hosting the file the last few days!!!

It may not be a direct help in your coursework, but the experience will look good on a resume. Plus, use this chance to make and keep the professional contacts that you might not have been able to get, otherwise.
Many people in your class will have typical fitness related activities on their collegiate resumes, but your's will be chock full of atypical projects. That may help if you ever try to get into a more competative program, I think.
Kevin, it's amazing to see how far this has come along since you first proposed this about a month ago. You're doing a great job here, and I'm sure it's only going to get better. Thanks for all your efforts.

quite simply diet gets a lean body alot quicker than the gym so use the gym smart.
Wasnt saying TT was a bad workout at all, I just feel that the intensity is way overkill. It depends where you are coming. My view point is always from is its all about efficiency and longevity from those coming from the position of being obese/overweight. Its something that I have been through and take a great interest in. I also see alot of people fall off the training wagon as they have life pressures that mean a less intense routine ie 3 times a week is all that they can manage. But many of the programmes out there put across the image that unless you train 5 days a week you cant achieve and so they are at a loss or dont bother and stay in the spiral of depresion and obesity.
When looking at the format and indeed results produced by TT I rarely see improvements and indeed more often than not not as great a loss in weight as those who have let their diet work for them the hardest as opposed to the gym.
Something I read recently kinda sums it up I think it was how many sit ups will it take me to burn 5lbs of fat and the answer came out at something like 250,000. I know thats an extreme example but just trying to put my thought process over clearer.
Im sure CB doesnt disagree that dieting efficiently is not the best way; but not in isolation. So to take on TT with the appropriate diet is good but you can and will achieve as good as results with less intensity. Thats not just based on me Im not a biological phenomonon, well maybe not in all aspects , but others I have trained with/alongside.
I know this will probably cause alot of contention as usual !

BUT FOR THE REST OF YOU, THIS IS THE LAST DAY I AM TAKING QUESTIONS FOR THE 1 ON 1 WITH CRAIG. PLEASE HEAD TO THEFITCAST.COM OR E-MAIL ME. OR POST THEM HERE. I ONLY GOT 2 RIGHT NOW!!! YOU CAN DO BETTER THAN THAT.
Efficiency is Craig's big thing. TT is only three times a week. Each workout is only about 45 minutes. Doesn't get more efficient than that, does it?
Also, all of Craig's programs have nutritional info, where he makes it clear that you can't outrace bad nutrition, and lays out a plan to get you into a deficit.
It's hard to come up with fresh questions. Craig always answers them right away, here or via email...
I'm more curious about his bodyweight stuff (and the current trend in that area), but you've already got that covered, I see.
Well without giving away too much, the round table discussion is bodywieght workouts and their recent popularity. But I will ask Craig about his BW stuff. Also his newer programs.
