Default how do I post pictures? before n after from 6 months

For thoughs of you who read my story about me friend, me n him decided to take pictures for futre progress comparison since we start cutting after our week off. I managed to find a picture of me from Nov 1 and aftre comparing the two i can see a phenominal difference.

You can either attach files or you can host them somewhere like Imageshack so you can hotlink them onto your post. Once an image has an address (must be a jpg, gif, png, etc) you copy the address (usually found by right clicking an image, going to properties, then copying the address of the image. In a posting window click on this button:
A window will pop up. Paste that address into that box, then press enter. Then voila, you have an image on your very own post.
