Excellent news, Kevin. I'm looking forward to this edition with CB (BTW, the first one was good!)

Kevin:

Awesome news! As most of you know I'm a hardcore TT fan, and can't wait to hear the interview with him.

As a customer of Craig's, this is going to be really cool. Great job, Kevin.

You should try to work this into a couple credits at school. You're really putting a lot of work into this. I'm not easily impressed. But, I'm impressed!

Looks like Bill Hartman is on board too. I am thinking a Special edition of the Fitcast with Bill Hartman Q&A. One show at a time though.

Send them Chris. I will use as many as I can, I am going to make the interview about 15-20 minutes long. Also I am going to look into Craig being a co-host one week. He seems interested in the idea.

Seriously, no one has an excuse to not download next weeks episode. Also I almost got the main site set up with plenty of bandwidth. So no more ghetto downloading.

It sounds like there needs to be a "Question for Craig thread." to assist in minimizing Kevin's time commitment.

Those damn split-squats, in almost every version of TT in some form!!!

And yes, without the technology this would not be possibly, a great age we live in.

BTW Kevin, great job getting the first FitCast up and running. We all appreciate the hard work now...

Get Back to Studying!!

If memory serves me correctly isn't this the time of year where you might be having final exams in the next few weeks. We appreciate the hard work but make sure you're doing what you need to do at school.

Actually, here's a good question for Craig:

Kevin: Craig, obviously you've turned studying fitness into a career in fitness. What suggestions do you have for someone like myself who has an interest in fitness and is currently in school?

Ya studying.... I got a two huge nutrition projects that I have to do this weekend. I am going to work on them on friday afternoon and also inbetween the time i record the 1 on 1 with Craig and the recording of the main fitcast show on saturday.

As for the question, I will ask it. Good question!!!!

CB has agreed to answer all the questions and give me about 45 minutes of his time. So I am thinking of spliting the interview and spreading through 2 episodes. So part 1 this week, part 2 next week.

This just shows how cool Craig is, telling me we will just do them all and take as much time as it takes. Absolutly great.

I'm not surprised to hear comments like that. Craig is absolutely the best when it comes to customer service and product support after the sale.

I just finished the 1 on 1 with Craig and I really must say it turned out great. I think you will all love it. He went indepth on some really good topics. Looks the the interview is coming in at 45 minutes. So I am going to break it up through 2 episodes.

Now to edit the interview and prep for tonights show.

Also Keith S. will be joining John and I since Eric dropped his computer. Good luck with that Eric.
