Yeah, especially because Hartman is always picking on you.

I hope the 2006 summit DVD gets out before the 2005 edition.

I've got it downloaded and ready to go. I'll listen to it later today when the cube farm quiets down.

Thanks for putting this together Kevin.

I think it turned out ok, thanks for all the support, and comments. I really want everyone who listens to comment on it, good or bad. Next week we go back to the regular format. That should make the show go alittle more smoothly. Not to mention we should have Jonka on. Also I will keep everyone updated with how the interviews are going, especailly I am going to try to get Craig. We will see.

I only had time to listen to about 5 minutes of it this morning, but it sounded great so far! Pretty smooth production, and everyone sounded good. Kaiser and Eric should definitely be regulars.

Thanks for your work, Kevin.

I just got through the whole thing. Very good stuff and I know it will only get better with time. You would nver know that it was done by a college student, business man, and a cafe owner.

I look forward to next week. How long did it take you to put it together?

We were together recording for about 90 minutes. After the show I did editing for 3 hours. Some encoding, uploading and such. The hardest part is getting the info/topics put together for the weeks show. Tonight I am going to put together the outline for this saturday's recording.

Terrific job Kevin (and Eric and Kaiser too)! Other than a little warble in Eric's connection, the entire broadcast was professionally done with the right touch of humor to make it accessible. Your discussion of the summit has me interested in the DVD and Bill Hartman's work.

Thanks.

Great work Kevin!

Both Kaiser & Eric were naturals too and did a nice job covering the Summit. I'll be checking all Fitcasts from here on.

Thanks guys for your comments. Eric had some lag issues but not so bad as where it was not understandable. I think the shows will have a little more humor as they go and it gets more comfortable.

I just sent an e-mail to Craig and PMs to Johnka, Bill hartman and Adam Campbell. So we will see how this turns out. But for next week everyone will get a taste of what the FitCast will normally be like.

SOME GREAT NEWS. Craig was very open to the idea of a one on one interview. So I decided to SPEND MORE MONEY!!!! I set up a phone number with my Skype name so it is a lot easier for 1 on 1s and the interviewee would not need to download skype and get a mic, ect. So this means I should be able to get some of the best in the fitness world, case in point, Craig. He was already praised on the show last week so you got understand how excited I am to have him on.

As always I will keep you posted

I'd be happy with hearing from anyone who wanted to go on. It doesn't always have to been any of the experts. We have some knowledgeable people here as well.

Awesome job! Emartin and Kaiser were very eloquent, although Kaiser had me worried with this one:

"We did certain exercises, like an in-line lunge, and were tested to see if we could stay erect. Then we worked on our deficiencies."

Definitely paints a new picture of the summit.
