Talking New PR, gotta tell someone

after leveling off on my squat for a while, tonight, on my last leg day of my bulking cycle before I cut, I blew through my old record and got not one, but two squats up at 335 with out the spotter ever having to touch the bar. excuse me now, I have to go limp to the bathroom...lol

impressive work man. I still have a little bit of work to get there. DO you go pretty wide stance on that heavy of weight?

Nice work Ryan. Maybe one day Bill will let me squat.

Not really, just a little bit wider than shoulder width, down to just a hair below parallel. I try to keep text book form so I know it's a true PR, and not just some slopping 1/2 squat with too much weight.

Excellent! Congratulations on the new PR! And I admire the attention to form, too. Makes it all the more meaningful.

Yet another new hero for me. Nice. Impressive. Give yourself a pat on the back. And if you can't, Bill Hartman can help you get there!
