This is an amazing book! Anyone who is on the fence should definatly go for it.

Plus you get his bodyweight DVD which is awesome. Its also worth it just to see how much stronger than you Rachel Cosgrove really is. It will make you feel like a weak little girl as she bangs out perfect reps on the one leg squats.

Like I really need that, Danny. I already feel like a weak little girl every day.

Want to be my training partner again? We can do advanced stuff with joint locks and throws.

I suppose I could just come down to SC and study your manual for a day while we drink.

Haha Chris, its amazing watching her do this stuff. She has flawless form.

And no, I don't want to be your training partner. You have officially gone on my list of people who I will never mess with after training with you at the summit.

My library is always open to you. If you can't make it down, I can't imagine postage would be too bad from St. Cloud to Duluth, let me know if you ever want to borrow anything.
