If you want to lose BF you should be at a deficet with your calories. I would say 200-400 calories under maitanance. Just lift heavy, which you are with CW TTT, and get in 6-8 intervals of your off days, which it looks liek you are doing.

Keep in mind the biggest factor with Fat-Loss is diet. Some people's ideas vary on this, but I would say diet is 80% of the battle.

That looks good. I don't see any significant read flags in there. Double check your calories against your activity. Also, mention your age. Age plays a fairly good role in the number of calories you need.

In place of the Nesquick, see if you can find a ff, sugar free instant hot cocoa mix. Here in Milw, we have a generic called Roundy's. It's awesome for flavoring a yogurt/cc/pb smootie. Just a negligable amount of maltodextrin.

Oh, and as for as the routine, it's fine. IMO, no need to critique a professionally done routine. It's only when you go with home made that the routine really needs a second opinion.

Any reason to think my breakfast may be a bit too much? The smoothie is about 700 calories.

Ok personaly I would consider reducing or dropping these out of your diet

But if you like that demanding a daily workout strategy then they might be reasonable
