Yesterday I started Bill's cutting program from the current issue of Men's Fitness. Here is my workout schedule incorporating his weight training:
Sunday-recovery
Monday-Workout A
Tuesday-Tabata Protocol (treadmill) and abs
Wednesday- Workout B
Thursday-Tabata Protocol (treamdill) and abs
Friday-Workout A
Satruday-Tabata Protocol (treadmill) and abs
(After a few weeks if this does not suffice I will add a jump roping session Wednesday night)

I currently weigh 210 lbs up from 178lbs last Christmas. I have been professionally told the biggest I could be while simultaneously having a healthy, low body fat is 195lbs. So we will see how that goes.
I did do workout A last night. My only gripe is the second set of exercises that alternates bench and good mornings. I would think deadlifts would be better than good mornings but then again I am the one who is trying to lower my BF.
I will update this post to let guys know how Bill's plan works. I will also try to give an accurate measurement of my starting BF soon.

I am not logging my numbers for the next month for this program online. I will just update every once in a while with BF loss. I am more worried about tempo and intensity rather than the weight. With that said, If I can not maintain weights used from week to week than I have a problem.
